PREP TRACK AND FIELD: Vinemont girls claim team title at Warrior Invitational

Vinemont’s girls won the team title at Tuesday’s Warrior Invitational in West Point.

The Lady Eagles had 108 points to edge Cold Springs (97.5) for the top spot. St. Bernard (93.5), Good Hope (65), Addison (59) and West Point (15) were fourth, sixth, seventh and eighth, respectively.

Cold Springs’ boys, meanwhile, finished runners-up behind Falkville (147). The Eagles netted 121.5 points.

Good Hope (80.5), St. Bernard (70), Vinemont (62.5), Addison (43) and West Point (15) finished third, fourth, fifth, seventh and ninth, respectively.
