ASWA RANKINGS: Good Hope’s boys ranked 9th in Class 4A poll

Good Hope’s varsity boys vaulted to No. 9 in Class 4A when the Alabama Sports Writers Association released its latest batch of high school basketball rankings on Wednesday night.
It marks the first ranking for the Raiders (14-4) so far this season.

Hanceville (14-4) dropped from fifth to ninth in the 3A poll, while Cullman (15-6) and Cold Springs (13-7) received nominations in 6A and 2A, respectively, once again.
Cullman’s girls (17-5) remained ninth in 6A.
Cold Springs (17-5), however, fell two spots to No. 5 in 2A.
Addison (10-6) was nominated after being ranked ninth in the previous 2A rankings.
West Point (16-3) was again nominated in 5A.
