Public intoxication (two counts): Tammy Morrison, 51, of Cullman arrested on Northcrest Drive NW.

Failure to appear- public intoxication; possession of drug paraphernalia; theft of property, fourth degree (two counts); criminal trespassing, third degree: Dustin R. Wise. 29, of Cullman arrested on 6th Street SW.

Failure to appear- possession of drug paraphernalia; unlawful possession of marijuana, second degree: Barry R. Wise, 52, of Cullman arrested on 6th Street SW.

Driving under the influence; unlawful possession/receiving of a controlled substance: Kenneth D. Nicley, 31, of Maynardville, Tennessee arrested on 2nd Avenue NW/Grape Street NW.

Arson, second degree: Lucas A. Boyd, 34, of Cullman arrested on Main Avenue/4th Street.

Theft of property, fourth degree: Amanda M. Lockhart, 41, of Quinton arrested in Blount County.

Driving under the influence: James W. Douglas, 23, of Vinemont arrested on 5th Avenue SW/8th Street SW.

Failure to appear- possession of drug paraphernalia: Dillion Thomas Gold, 26, arrested on County Road 747.

Theft of property, second degree, $1500-$2500: Thomas Anthony Gold, 53, arrested on County Road 747.

Failure to appear- possession of drug paraphernalia (two counts); possession of dangerous drugs (two counts): Graham Edward Holland, 32, arrested at Cullman Regional Medical Center.
