Possession of drug paraphernalia: Hank W. Casey, 23, of Cullman arrested on Industrial Drive SW.
Unlawful possession or receipt of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia: Bethany P. Baker, 25, of Hanceville arrested on 1st Avenue NE.
Possession of drug paraphernalia: Tyler W. Baker, 27, of Cullman arrested on 1st Avenue NE.
