Failure to appear: driving while suspended and insurance violation: Christopher C. Haws, 20, of Decatur arrested on 4th Ave/ 3rd St. SW.

Theft of property, first degree: Kristy L. Lindsey, 43, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Theft of property, third degree; theft of property, fourth degree: Christopher J. Weeks, 42, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear: possession of drug paraphernalia (two counts), theft of property, fourth degree, and theft of services, fourth degree: Ruby J. Ochoa, 46, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
