Arrests

Unlawful possession or receipt of a controlled substance; failure to appear- theft of property, fourth degree: Colt W. Burney, 37, of Decatur arrested on Highway 31 N.

Theft of property, fourth degree: Laccie A. Drinkard, 25, of Cullman arrested on 4th Street SW.

Grand jury- sexual abuse of child under 12: Adam C. Mackentepe, 38, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Theft of property, fourth degree; giving false information to law enforcement: Jacquelyn F. Sapp, 44, of Cullman arrested on Highway 157.

Theft of property, fourth degree: Shannon R. Hansard, 42, of Hartselle arrested on Highway 157.

Failures to appear- criminal trespass, third degree; disorderly conduct; domestic violence, third degree: Jason K. Morris, 40, of Hanceville arrested in Hanceville.

Public intoxication: Leslie C. Lindley, 46, of Vinemont arrested on Highway 157/ 2nd Avenue.

Incidents

Burglary, third degree: Allred Contracting and N & A Holdings, Swafford Road SW, damaged property and tools- $1,204.

Counterfeit $100: State of Alabama, 2nd Avenue SW.

Theft of property, fourth degree: Walmart; Highway 157; shoes, watch and food- $34; arrest made.

Identity theft: No other information provided.

Theft of property, first degree: Bill Smith Buick GMC, 2nd Avenue NW, 2010 Dodge Ram- $27,897.

Theft of property, fourth degree: Walmart, Highway 157, meat- $100, arrest made.

Criminal mischief, third degree: Ann Street NW, damaged tire- $50.

Counterfeit $100: State of Alabama, Olive Street SW.
