Cullman Regional will host a Balance Builder SilverSneakers® workshop Thursday, Sept. 19. from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. This workshop is designed to give participants the knowledge and confidence for better balance. Learn about common risk factors and steps to take to prevent falls, including exercises to strengthen and improve balance.
