Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman Police Department for Monday:

Arrests

Failures to appear- public intoxication; possession of drug paraphernalia; theft of property, fourth degree: Dustin R. Wise, 27, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Chemical endangerment of child: Samual C. Porter, 27, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Chemical endangerment of child: Allison E. Hasty, 25, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Theft of property, fourth degree: Patchez L. Farr, 35, of Holly Pond arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Theft of property, fourth degree (two counts); possession of drug paraphernalia; failures to appear- unlawful possession of marijuana, second degree; resisting arrest: Anthony A. Martin, 27, of Union Grove arrested on Logan Street SW.

Resisting arrest; attempting to elude; public intoxication; criminal trespass, third degree; domestic violence, third degree- harassment; failures to appear- public intoxication (four counts); criminal trespass, third degree; resisting arrest; criminal trespass, first degree; domestic violence, third degree: Tommy C. Pennington, 57, of Cullman arrested on 2nd Way NE.

Public intoxication; criminal trespass, third degree: Jordan E. Elliott, 27, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman Shopping Center.

Incidents

Burglary, third degree; theft of property, first degree: Angie Drive NW, miscellaneous- unknown value.

Domestic violence, third degree- harassment: 2nd Way NE, arrest made.
