Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman Police Department for Monday:

Arrests

Failures to appear- possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with physical evidence, failure to signal, insurance violation, failure to register vehicle: Eric J. Lane, 39, of Jasper arrested on Highway 69 S.

Possession of drug paraphernalia: Hank W. Casey, 23, of Cullman arrested on Industrial Drive SW.

Unlawful possession or receipt of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia: Bethany P. Baker, 25, of Hanceville arrested on 1st Avenue NE.

Possession of drug paraphernalia: Tyler W. Baker, 27, of Cullman arrested on 1st Avenue NE.

Giving false information to law enforcement, failure to appear- public intoxication: Michael J. Oliver, Sr., 55, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failures to appear- criminal trespass, second degree; criminal mischief, third degree; possession of drug paraphernalia: Jordan N. Parson, 18, of Vinemont arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Unlawful possession or receipt of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia: Raul Martinez, 34, of Hanceville arrested on College Drive.

Unlawful possession or receipt of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia: Rebecca L. Isbell, 33, of Hanceville arrested on College Drive.

Incidents

Theft of property, fourth degree: Walmart, Highway 157, general merchandise- $89.

Counterfeit $100: State of Alabama, Highway 157.

Theft of property, second degree: Billy Ray Taylor Auto Sales, Highway 157, bumper- $1,500.
