Unlawful possession or receipt of a controlled substance; unlawful possession of marijuana, second degree: Michael R. Garrett, 22, of Hanceville arrested on Brunner Street NW.
Theft of property, second degree: Pamela S. Cooper, 48, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Failure to appear- possession of drug paraphernalia: Timothy M. Hann, 30, of Baileyton arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Forger, third degree; possession of a forged instrument, third degree: Christopher A. Hann, 29, of Guntersville arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Failures to appear- insurance violation, switched tag: Brandon C. Prince, 27, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
