Arrests

Theft of property, fourth degree: Christopher W. Sterling, 41, of Cullman arrested on Highway 157.

Failure to appear- public intoxication: Brian K. Whitaker, 37, of Town Creek arrested on Highway 157.

Public intoxication, resisting arrest, attempting to elude: Jordan E. Elliott, 27, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failures to appear- disorderly conduct; domestic violence, third degree; resisting arrest: Bridget N. Sears, 33, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Incidents

Theft of property, fourth degree: Walmart, Highway 157, general merchandise- $63, arrest made.

Theft of property, fourth degree: Walmart, Olive Street SW, general merchandise- $365.

Criminal mischief, third degree: Swafford Road SW, damaged mailbox- $100.

Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle; theft of property, second degree: Schneider Road SE, wallet and contents- unknown value.
