Criminal trespassing, third degree; receiving stolen property, fourth degree; possession of drug paraphernalia: Michael E. Hill, 31, of Blountsville arrested on Brantley Avenue NW.

Failures to appear- theft of property, fourth degree; failure to dim lights; failure to signal; improper lights; driver’s license not in possession (two counts): Wesley S. Ward, 40, of Cullman arrested on Denson Avenue SW.

Possession of drug paraphernalia, failures to appear- insurance violation, no tag, driving while suspended: Dustyn H. Allred, 23, of Cullman arrested on White Circle SW.

Fraudulent use of credit/debit card: EvaBank, miscellaneous charges- unknown value.
