Failures to appear- theft of property, third degree; receiving stolen property, third degree; unlawful possession of marijuana, second degree; possession of drug paraphernalia: Shannon M. Cummings, 38, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failures to appear- theft of property, fourth degree; criminal trespassing, third degree (two counts); possession of drug paraphernalia; attempting to elude: Kie J. Burns, 19, of Hanceville arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear- theft of property, fourth degree: Kelsey A. Rainey, 28, of Cullman arrested on Main Avenue SW.

Failures to appear- possession of drug paraphernalia (two counts); theft of property, fourth degree; attempting to elude: Mechach J. Curvin, 23, of Cullman arrested on 1st Avenue SW.

Public intoxication: Elizabeth C. Holladay, 22, of Vinemont arrested at the Town Square Shopping Center.
