Failure to appear- giving false information to law enforcement: Sandy D. Eddy, 36, of Birmingham arrested on Highway 31 S.

Resisting arrest: Andrea L. Shepherd, 23, of Cullman arrested on Brantley Avenue NW.

Obstruction/using false ID: Kayla M. Addison, 26, of Cullman arrested on Brantley Avenue NW.
