Arrests

Failure to appear- giving false information to law enforcement: Sandy D. Eddy, 36, of Birmingham arrested on Highway 31 S.

Resisting arrest: Andrea L. Shepherd, 23, of Cullman arrested on Brantley Avenue NW.

Obstruction/using false ID: Kayla M. Addison, 26, of Cullman arrested on Brantley Avenue NW.

Failures to appear- unlawful possession of marijuana, second degree (two counts); public intoxication; criminal trespassing, third degree: Jeremiah J. Washington, 22, of Cullman arrested on 4th Street SW.

Failure to appear- harassment: Brian L. Olsowy, 27, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Unlawful possession of a controlled substance; unlawful possession of marijuana, second degree; possession of drug paraphernalia: Kainan C. Smith, 20, of Cullman arrested on 3rd Avenue SE.

Criminal trespassing, third degree: Victor C. Wright, 39, of Empire arrested at the Cullman Shopping Center.

Possession of drug paraphernalia: Michael A. Stager Jr., 32, of Cullman arrested on Main Avenue NW.

Unlawful possession of marijuana, second degree; possession of drug paraphernalia: Zackary S. Pigg, 31, of Addison arrested on 9th Street SW/ 9th Avenue SW.

Unlawful possession or receipt of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia: Morgan T. Moon, 27, of Guntersville arrested on Highway 278 W/ Bates Road.

Failure to appear- giving false information to law enforcement: Jennifer K. Singletary, 37, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failures to appear- DUI, running a stop sign, attempting to elude: Merlin E. Thomas, 36, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Incidents
