A Cullman County man who was charged with human trafficking in 2017 is back in jail after his bond was revoked from a new arrest in late July on charges of tampering with a witness and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
The charges allegedly involve victims from the original case more than a year ago.

Circuit Judge Greg Nicholas ordered Kenneth Loyd Woods, 49, of Fairview, back to jail and that his case be expedited.
Woods was originally arrested in May 2017 and was charged with second-degree rape, two counts of electronic solicitation of a child, transmitting obscene material to a child, enticing a child for immoral purposes and two counts of first-degree human trafficking.
While the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office declined to name the school where the alleged offenses occurred, the deputies listed in court records worked as school resource officers at Fairview High School.
“As the investigation progressed, it was determined that the suspect, Mr. Woods, would demand payment, other than a monetary value, for the pills and alcohol that he was selling to the underage students,” the Sheriff’s Office reported in a May 2017 press release.
Woods is a registered sex offender who was convicted of second-degree rape in a 1998 Winston County case.
