Arrests

Possession of drug paraphernalia, obstruction/using false ID: Marcus S. Barfield, 37, of Cullman arrested on I-65 exit 304.

Failures to appear- possession of drug paraphernalia, switched tag: Stacie L. Marsh, 32, of Holly Pond arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failures to appear- theft of property, fourth degree; possession of drug paraphernalia: Mitchell R. Monroe, 39, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failures to appear- resisting arrest, improper lane usage, driving without a license, insurance violation: Norris J. Guillot, 44, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failures to appear- theft of property, third degree; giving false information to law enforcement; domestic violence, third degree: Will J. Duncan, 25, of Logan arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
