A headline referring to the third and final game of Cullman’s bid to win the 6A state baseball title used the commonly-known sports phrase ‘Do or die’ in Friday’s post to cullmantimes.com and Facebook. The Times
apologizes for any offense to anyone by the posting of this phrase.
The Bearcats baseball team has been covered by The Times throughout the
season with game stories, features on various players, and the challenges facing the players in their effort to get to the title game. The headline was simply intended to capture the importance and tension of going into the final game of the series.
