Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman City Police Department for Monday:

Arrests

• Failure to appear-giving false information to law enforcement officer — George E. Brockman, 56, of Hanceville arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Theft of property — Will J. Duncan, 22, of Vinemont arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Theft of property, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Felicia L. Eadie, 27, of Joppa arrested on Cherokee Ave. SW.

Incidents

• Theft of property — Lowe’s, Cherokee Ave. SW, drill-$259, arrest made.

• Theft of property — City of Cullman, street signs, arrest made.

Arrests

• Probation violation-unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Scotty Ray Banister, 43, arrested in Booking.

• Domestic violence, harassment — George Edward Brockman, 56, arrested on County Road 437.

• Failure to appear-liability insurance required — Robert Ernest Conville, 69, arrested in Booking.

• Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance — Katherine Dawn Davis, 34, arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.

• Probation denied-sexual abuse — David Leon Ford, 44, arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.

• Drug court sanction-unlawful distribution of a controlled substance — Timothy Mark Goodwin, 31, arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.

• Drug court sanction-unlawful possession of a controlled substance, permitting dogs to run at large — Steven D. Hooper, 34, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Burglary, illegal possession/use of a credit/debit card — David Mearl Hyde, 30, arrested at the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office.

• Failures to appear-unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Lisa McClendon, 25, arrested on Beech Ave. SE.

• Receiving stolen property, probation violations-receiving stolen property (2 counts), theft of property — Joe Alan Mead, 60, arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.

• Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Cheston Lynn Morton, 25, arrested on County Road 1736.

• Criminal possession of a forged instrument (3 counts), giving false information to law enforcement officer — Clay Austin Parker, 33, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Failure to appear-home repair fraud — Charlie Amos Partain, 50, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Drug court sanction-unlawful distribution of a controlled substance — Danielle Nicole Russell, 30, arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.

• Drug court sanction-unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Amanda T. Staccia, 34, arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.

Incidents

• Theft of property — County Road 1777.

• Domestic violence — County Road 1237.

• Burglary — County Road 1223.

• Theft of property — County Road 437.

• Burglary — County Road 858.

• Theft of property — Campbell Drive.

• Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — County Road 1625.

• Burglary — County Road 1598.

• Domestic violence — County Road 437.
