The Trafford Town Council gave its blessing, so to speak, to a prayer walk to be held by a local church.

Love’s Crossing Church will hold the prayer walk on Oct. 29, beginning on Main Street. The church asked for the council to approve the event, which it did, during Monday night’s regular meeting.

Aside from recurring reports, the item was the only one on the council’s agenda.

The next Trafford Town Council meeting is Nov. 21, 7 p.m., at Trafford Town Hall.
