According to Fultondale police, two black males of average height entered the store at approximately 3:30 p.m. on Monday afternoon. They reportedly accosted the manager at gunpoint while he was in a back room. They allegedly stole about $200 in cash and numerous mobile phones of undetermined value.
Police said they have no description of the getaway vehicle and don’t know which direction the robbers went when they fled. Customers in a neighboring nail salon were not aware of the robbery until police arrived.
Fultondale police Lt. Phillip Mangina said police couldn’t release any more information because it might compromise their investigation. Neither AT&T nor the store could be reached for comment.
