Lillian Wyrosdick Smothers, age 88, of Morris, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 22, 2009. Her funeral service will be held at Messmer Goodwin Funeral Home on Wednesday, March 25, 2009 at 11 a.m. with burial following at Morris Cemetery. Bro. John Hambright officiating. Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 24, 2009 at 6 to 8 p.m. Mrs. Smothers was preceded in death by her husband Gordan Smothers. She is survived by her children; Diana (Ken) Summerford of Warrior ,Ginger Smith (Mark) McNight of Managua Nicarague, Kathy (Mike) Culwell of Hayden; son Larry Gordon Smothers of Morris; grandchildren; Bart Summerford, Greg Allred, Jimmy Childers, Stacy (Craig) Armstrong, Jeremy Smith, Jason Smith and Jamie (Amy) Culwell; great-grandchildren; Chelsey Childers, Erik (Vanesia) Allen, Chase, Jacob and Jordon Armstrong and Angel, Gabe and Abby Culwell; sisters; Sue Harmon, JoAnn (Tom Frank) Bass; brothers; Wayne, Pete and Jimmy Wyrosdick; brother-in-laws; Harold (Barbara) Smothers, Buddy (Sandy) Smothers and Hulan (Pat) Smothers; numerous nieces and nephews. Family would like to give speical caregiver; Angela Williams and speical thanks to Dr. Patton and staff.
