David E. Hindman

David E. Hindman, age 50 of Dora, passed away on April 10, 2008. He was preceded in death by his mother, Virginia Hindman. He was a former resident of Gardendale. David was a former volunteer fireman in Gardendale; a 1976 graduate of Mortimer Jordan High School. He was a sergeant in the U.S. Army during Desert Storm. David was a member of Sumiton Church of God. Survivors include his wife, Michelle Hindman; sons, Joshua J. Hindman and Kenneth C. Hindman; daughter, Lindsey B. Hindman; parents, Charles and Jeanette Hindman; brother, Charles “Rick” Richard Hindman; sister, Crystal White and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Services were held at the chapel with burial in Oakwood Memorial Gardens. Pastors Kent Shelton and Toby Morgan officiated.
