The bond for a Jones Chapel man charged with manslaughter in the death of his son was revoked Friday in Cullman County Circuit Court.
Judge Greg Nicholas ordered the bond revoked after Donald Wayne Trammell, 43, led Cullman police on a high-speed chase on New Year’s eve, resulting in several new charges.
In addition to attempting to elude and other traffic-related charges, Trammell also has charges of violating a protection order and stalking.
Trammell was investigated after he shot and killed his son on Dec. 24, 2017. His family told news reporters at the time that Trammell thought someone was stealing his truck and opened fire, discovering afterwards it was his son.
