Funeral services for Jerry Mar Elrod, 68, of Cullman will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 1, 2007, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home Chapel, Bro. Mike Millican officiating, with interment in New Hope No. 2 Cemetery.

Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Elrod died Thursday, Nov. 29, at Cullman Regional Medical Center. He was born on March 9, 1939, in Cullman County to William Taft and Annie Bell Harris Elrod. He was a hotel manager.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include a son, David Elrod of Cullman; a brother, Bobby Elrod of Texas; a sister, Christine Lawson of Cullman; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
