School fall festival to be held Oct. 16

Mount Olive Elementary School will be having a fall festival on Oct. 16 from 5 to 8 p.m. Everyone is welcome to attend. For tickets or more information, contact Lesa Harding at 631-3366.

• The Judge-ment House presentation at the First Baptist Church of Mt. Olive will take place on Oct. 10, 11, 13, 14, 17, 18, 20, 21, 24, 25, 27 and 28. Presentations will begin each evening at 6:30 p.m. For reservations, please call 631-4557 or visit www.fbcmo.org/jh. Recommended donation is $3.

• The 52nd annual Belcher family reunion will be held Sunday, Oct. 21 at the Mt. Olive Community Center at 1 p.m. Bring a covered dish. Relatives and friends are welcome. For info call Gloria Banes at 205-631-6677.

• Friendship United Methodist Church will have their homecoming on Oct. 14. Morning service at 11 a.m. Lunch will be served. Special singers Sacred Harvest will begin singing at 1:30 p.m. Everyone is invited to be part of this special day.

• The 12th annual Doss family reunion will be held Sat. Oct. 13 at the Morris Masonic Hall. Bring a covered dish. Call Helen Fountain at 647-9626 or Ray Doss at 681-9502.

• Snow Rogers will have a fall festival on Oct. 11 from 5:30-8 p.m. There will be a silent auction, cake walk, hair and face painting, pie eating contest and much more. Tickets are $.50 each. Come join the fun.
