ARCHERY: East Elementary, West Point take home crowns at NASP Regional Tournament

East Elementary strolled to a victory, while host West Point edged Good Hope and Addison in the middle and high school divisions at the National Archery in the Schools Program (NASP) Regional Tournament Thursday and Friday.
Katie Skinner collected 280 points following a stellar shooting performance, and Jackson Henshaw topped the boys with 268 points. Both East Elementary archers spearheaded a top-six sweep in their respective standings of the state qualifier.
Good Hope’s Connor Kilpatrick (275) and Vinemont’s Emily Dyer (270) were the most accurate shooters in the middle school division.
West Point’s Andrew Hudson (287) and Addison’s Makenzie Morgan (282) took home that title in the high school division.
