LOCAL SWIMMING: Cullman places 3rd at ARPA state championship

Cullman’s swim team recorded a third-place finish at this year’s Alabama Recreation & Parks Association state championship, which wrapped up on Saturday.
The team was represented by 83 swimmers, many of whom set new records and/or personal bests.
