ASWA RANKINGS: Cullman moves up to No. 3 in Class 6A poll

Cullman continued to rise when the Alabama Sports Writers Association released its latest batch of baseball and softball rankings on Wednesday night.
The Bearcats, who have won 19 of their past 22 games, jumped from No. 7 to No. 3 in the Class 6A poll and currently sport a 22-8 record this season.
Only Russell County and Saraland are ranked ahead of the Black and Gold.
No other local teams were ranked nor did any receive nominations.
