Gary Lynn Jolly

A Jones Chapel man has been charged with sexual abuse following his arrest earlier this week in western Cullman County.

Gary Lynn Jolly was arrested following a July 20 call to the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office reporting alleged sexual abuse of a juvenile along County Road 1141 (Missionary Grove Road).

According to the sheriff’s office, Jolly confessed to inappropriately touching the alleged victim.

He has since posted $15,000 bond on the 1st degree sexual abuse charge.
