Jonathan and Rebekah Westbrook of Cullman announce the engagement of their mother, Dolores Livingston Westbrook, daughter of the late Calvin “Pete” and Ruth Livingston of Good Hope, to Chris Alan Nix, son of Jack and the late Alma Nix of Good Hope.

The bride-elect is a 1972 graduate of Good Hope High School and a 1981 graduate of the University of Alabama. She is currently employed with Cullman County Board of Education.

The prospective groom is a 1972 graduate of Good Hope High School and is a retired licensed land surveyor.

The wedding is planned for 4 p.m. June 30, 2017, at the Vinemont Scout Center, with reception to follow.
