GARDENDALE ARRESTS

• 8/27: A Lithona, Ga., man, 38, was arrested at the 100 block of West Tarrant Road on charges of theft of property 1st
• 8/28: A Kimberly man, 48, was arrested at the 400 block of Pineywood Road on charges of theft of property 1st
• 8/28: A Warrior man, 20, was arrested in Warrior on charges of theft of property 3rd
• 8/28: A Gardendale man, 27, was arrested at Food Depot on charges of theft of property 3rd
• 8/29: A Fultondale man, 54, was arrested at the 900 block of Odum Road on charges of theft of property 3rd and possession of a controlled substance
• 8/30: A Birmingham man, 28, was arrested at the 400 block of Jamestown Manor on charges of public intoxication

• 8/28: A Mt. Olive woman, 45, was arrested at Target on charges of theft of property 3rd
• 8/28: A Warrior woman, 38, was arrested at Target on charges of theft of property 3rd
• 8/29: A Hanceville woman, 45, was arrested at Target on charges of felony unlawful possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor marijuana possession and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia
• 8/29: A Hanceville woman, 26, was arrested at Target on charges of theft of property 3rd

• 8/26: Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle, Holiday Inn Express
• 8/26: Attempted suicide and domestic incident, address withheld
• 8/29: Auto theft 1st, 900 block of Decatur Highway
