Denaburg – Dodson wedding

Amber Lynne Dodson and Michael Alan Denaburg Jr. were united in marriage June 23, 2012, in a double-ring ceremony at First Baptist Church in Cullman, Alabama. The officiate was the Rev. Richard Thompson.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gregory Dodson of Cullman. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Glenn of Cullman, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Dodson of Holly Pond. The groom is the son of Ms. Sandra Denaburg of Alabaster, and Mr. Michael Denaburg Sr. of Hoover. He is the grandson of Mrs. Frances Cryer and the late Mr. Buel Cryer of Hoover, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Denaburg of Birmingham.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride chose a strapless gown of ivory chiffon and re-embroidered lace. The gown featured a molded sweetheart elongated bodice of hand-beaded Alencon lace, with a semi-cathedral train. Her fingertip veil of imported French tulle was edged with alternating pearls and faceted crystals. She carried a bouquet of ivory roses adorned with crystals.
Brittany Finley, friend of the bride, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Marisa Henderson, Emily Hughes, Heather Pettit and Stephanie Shelton. Rhianna Tysinger and AliceAnn Kontogeorge were flower girls.
Michael Denaburg Sr., father of the groom, served as best man. Groomsmen included Todd Rooker, Matt Denaburg, Adam Dodson, and Steve Crainich.
Jace Garrison and Rhett Tysinger served as ring bearers.
Wedding music was provided by Harland Dodson, Anna Talbot, and Trevor Dodson of Florence. The wedding was directed by Tim Gann from Gardendale.
A reception was held immediately following the ceremony in The Pointe of First Baptist Church.
The couple now resides in Tampa, Florida.
