Leon Phillips, 85, passed away on October 23, 2015 in Westerville, Ohio. Leon was born in Oneonta to Jordan D. and Lily C. Phillips on December 23, 1929. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jordan D. and Lily C. Phillips, and his wife Dorothy Rosamond Phillips. 

He is survived by his daughter Theresa Gladden and son-in-law Richard Gladden of Powell, Ohio.  His granddaughter, Jennifer Glasgow and her husband Aaron Glasgow, and great grandchildren Eric, Ailey and Carter Glasgow of Westerville, Ohio. He is also survived by his sister, Eloise Hogeland and brother, Wendell Phillips of Gardendale. 

A Memorial Service will be held at Friendship Village of Columbus at a date to be determined. In lieu of flowers gifts can be made in memory of Leon Phillips to Friendship Village of Columbus, 5800 Forest Hills Blvd., Columbus, OH 43221-2999. Arrangements by Moreland Funeral Home, Westerville, Ohio.
