Warrior Police are searching for a suspect who allegedly stole the cash register from the newly-opened Huddle House restaurant over the weekend.

Warrior Police Lt. Corey Archer said that at approximately 6 a.m. on Sunday, a white male wearing a mask entered the restaurant, brandished what appeared to be a gun and demanded money.

The suspect then went behind the counter and took the entire register and fled in a dark-colored vehicle he had parked in a nearby park- ing lot.

Archer said it was determined that the suspect did not actually have a gun and no one was injured in the burglary.
