Arrests
Possession of drug paraphernalia: John P. Hale, 25, of Danville arrested on Highway 157.
Criminal trespassing: Tyrone D. Beebe, 19, of Hanceville arrested on Hickory Ave. SW.
Criminal trespassing: Dakota J. Martin, 16 (adult status), of Cullman arrested on Hickory Ave. SW.
Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card (7 counts), possession of a forged instrument (2 counts): Donnie W. Briggs, 37, of Florence arrested on Highway 157.
Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card (7 counts), possession of a forged instrument: Oumaru Kante, 19, of Charlotte, N.C., arrested on Highway 157.
DUI: Brenda F. Pylant, 45, of Cullman arrested on Highway 278.
Public intoxication: Terry J. Heaton, 23, of Cullman arrested on Highway 31 S.
