I would like to wish a very belated birthday to my friend Lisa Clifton.

• Happy belated birthday also to my sister-in-law Tanya on Aug. 16.

• Happy birthday to my beautiful niece, Kinsley, on Aug. 25.

• Happy second birthday to Skylar Erwin, daughter to Jamie and Scott, on Aug. 29.

• Very close to my two-year anniversary of writing for the Fultondale community my time has come to an end. I have enjoyed meeting and sharing with each of you and I appreciate dearly you allowing me to take part in the special events of your lives. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.
