Library news for September 11
September is library card sign-up month at the Gardendale-Martha Moore Public Library. We will replace your lost card for free, and may we note that all fines need to be paid before replacing the card. It’s that easy and only this month.
Also for September, Food for Fines is another great program that the county has. If you have overdue fines, you may donate canned goods, and each can or other item takes $1 off your fine. We will pay your fines up to $10. You can also donate food even if you do not have overdue fines.
