Garden Tip: Now is the time to pinch the tops of your mums. After you pinch the mums, place the tops in the roots. This will make the mums branch out to make more blooms. I have received many calls because their plants are turning yellow on the tops. This is because of so much rain. The water has washed out the fertilizer from the plant, so fertilize lightly and use iron in the soil. This will correct the problem.
