Lorene K. Johnson, age 83, passed away on June 18, 2008. She was preceded in death by her husband, “Pete” Johnson, and is survived by her daughter, Diana (Billy) Hall, her son Wesley Johnson, four grandchildren, Jeff Howard, Susan Clayton, Kenneth (Mary) Hall, Alan (Terri) Hall, and 12 great-grandchildren. Service were held Friday, June 20, 2008 at 11 a.m. at Gardendale Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Oakwood Memorial Gardens. Pastor Curt Sanford officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be sent to The Church Revived, 525 Bradley Road, Gardendale, AL 35071.
