Glenn M. Ray
Glenn M. Ray, 65, of Hayden passed away April 5, 2013.
Mr. Ray was an avid outdoorsman and fisherman. He retired from CSX Railroad as an engineer.
He was preceded in death by his father, Mark A. Ray, Sr. and mother, Madelon Starnes Harkins and brother, John Ray.
He is survived by his wife, Glenda Hinkle Ray; son, Craig (Tammy) Ray; granddaughter, Gracie Ray; sisters, Martha (Jimmy) Davis and Judy (Bud) Shackelford; brothers, Michael (Patty) Ray and Mark (June) Ray; mother-in-law, Lorene Hinkle; brother-in-law, Allen (Sandy) Hinkle, Sr.; sister-in-law, Reiko Ray and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held at the New Gardendale Funeral Home.
A graveside service will be Monday, April 8, at 2 p.m. at Oakwood Memorial Gardens with Rev. Rick Hinkle officiating.
Mr. Ray was dearly loved by his family and friends and will be greatly missed.
