Cato will reopen its store in Cullman Thursday, July 19. 

The store was closed in March due to a tornado and hail damage in the area. The store is located in Market Plaza Center (Walmart Supercenter), 1916 Market Plaza Center SW.

Cato is a specialty retailer of value-priced women’s fashion apparel, jewelry, shoes and accessories

“With exclusive styles, on-trend fashions and low prices every day, our customers can always find their statement of style while enjoying their shopping experience at Cato. We are excited about the opening of our store in Cullman,” said John Cato, chairman, president and chief executive officer.

Laura Billings of Falkville will continue her management role at the store. She has been with Cato for 12 years. 

The Cato Corporation has more than 1,300 stores in 32 states. There are 65 Cato stores located throughout Alabama.
