Cullman Police officers and Fire and Rescue responders have cleared the scene of a two-vehicle wreck at U.S. 278 West and 5th Avenue.

No one was injured in the accident but traffic was slowed in the area for more than 30 minutes, Officer Joey Duncan said.

The accident occurred when one vehicle crossed from 5th Avenue into U.S. 278 and collided with a car that was eastbound, Duncan said.

Cullman Fire and Rescue assisted police at the scene. The accident occurred around 3:30 p.m.
