A 24-year-old Bainbridge, Ga., man was killed Monday night while walking in the north-bound lane of Interstate 65 near mile marker 307.

Seth Michael Leverette was struck by a 2017 Chevrolet Camaro around 11:30 p.m. Leverette was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Chevrolet was not injured. The crash occurred two miles west of Cullman.

Nothing further is available as ALEA Troopers continue to investigate.
