A Hillsboro man was killed in a single-vehicle wreck Thursday morning near West Point.

The victim was Timothy Dennis Blasingame, 45, according to Cullman County Coroner Jeremy Kilpatrick.

The wreck occurred about 6:55 a.m. along Alabama 157. Blasingame was driving a truck hauling sand when the vehicle veered off the road in the southbound lane.

No other information was available.
