Cullman Primary Care has joined the Complete Health primary care group. The acquisition brings Complete Health’s total locations in Alabama to twenty. Cullman Primary Care has served the community for five decades, offering family medicine, specialty services, lab diagnostics, urgent care and diagnostic imaging services.

Complete Health specializes in senior care and has 155 providers across 28 Alabama, Florida, and Virginia locations, now including Cullman Primary Care Family Medicine, Cullman Primary Care Urgent Care and Cullman Primary Care Diagnostic Imaging Center.

The group offers services such as chronic care management, transitional care management, a diabetes support program, and non-clinical support, such as connecting patients with licensed insurance agents to understand their benefits better, hosting educational events and finding resources to afford expensive medications and transportation for appointments.
