Jeff Taylor and Richard Neese with Cullman’s Weichert, Realtors – Carter & Company picked up national awards.

The two were recently honored at an awards banquet by the national franchise organization, Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc., for their annual sales production last year. Neese was also named Rookie of the Year at the awards ceremony by the Tennessee Valley Broker Council.

The awards were presented by Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. Regional Direct Bill Hassell at an awards banquet on Feb. 4, at the Chattanoogan Hotel in Chattanooga. Awards are based on a minimum requirement per award category in gross commission income earned or real estate transactions closed in 2016.

“Jeff and Richard definitely raised the bar in our office with their impressive sales production last year,” said Carrie Beth Jones, the broker/co-owner of Weichert, Realtors – Carter & Company. “Their willingness to go above and beyond to fulfill the needs of their clients paid off big time and inspired other agents in our office to do the same. Taylor, who lives in Cullman, has been a licensed real estate agent for 14 years. Neese, also from Cullman, began his real estate career in 2015. Both are members of the Cullman Association of Realtors, the Birmingham Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.

The 2016 award winners are also part of a team of knowledgeable and dedicated agents at Weichert, Realtors – Carter & Company, which brings many years of combined real estate experience to its clients.
