The Cullman Middle School eighth-grade math team made it five in a row when they won the Pizitz Math Tournament Feb. 26. The team previously took first place honors at Vestavia Hills High School, Muscle Shoals Middle School, Grissom High School and Boaz High School. The teams competed on tests and ciphering or speed round competitions.
