Roxie V. Stricklin

Funeral services for Roxie V. Stricklin, 95, of Cullman will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 28, 2011, at Moss-Service Funeral Home Chapel, the Rev. Jonathan Todd officiating, with interment in Cullman Memory Gardens.

Moss-Service Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Miss Stricklin passed away Saturday, Nov. 26, at Cullman Regional Medical Center. She was born Nov. 24, 1916, in Cullman to John B. and Myrtle Lillie Davis Stricklin.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Vera Stricklin Mize; and a brother, Doyle Stricklin.

Survivors include a sister, Juanita Stricklin Schuman; a sister-in-law, Polly Stricklin; three nieces, Terri (Stuart) Rowan, Kathy Schuman and Judy Sweat; four nephews, Charles (Jean) Schuman, Jerry (Denise) Schuman, Randy (Sharon) Mize and Jeff (Jan) Mize; and a host of great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces, great-great-nephews and friends at Woodland Village Health Care and Rehab.

Visitation will be from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
