U.S. Postal Service representatives will be at the Trafford Town Council meeting on June 18 to discuss the closure of the town’s post office, which was destroyed in a fire last year and has since been replaced with a temporary office operated from a trailer. Trafford Mayor Robert Niblett said the Postal Service has informed him that the office will close on July 16.

Niblett said he has been told the mail carriers may be moved to the Warrior Post Office.
