 • 1/15: A Gardendale man, 46, was arrested near the intersection of Peterson Drive and the 200 block of Ardella Circle on charges of driving under the influence

 • 1/18: A Gardendale man, 38, was arrested at Walmart on charges of theft of property 3rd

 • 1/15: A Springfield man, 29, was arrested at Homefield Sport Grill on charges of appearing in a public place under the influence
